Kalynda Teknoloji Havacılık ve Turizm Ltd. Şti. ("we", "our", "us") develops and publishes aviation applications for Android and Wear OS. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our applications:

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Location Data

Our apps use GPS and device location services to provide aviation navigation features including:

• Current position, ground speed, heading, and altitude
• Distance and bearing to airports and navigation aids
• Moving map display and flight tracking
• Automatic flight phase detection (takeoff, landing)

Location data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

1.2 Flight Data

Our apps may record flight logs including takeoff/landing times, route information, and flight duration. This data is stored locally on your device. When you pair an AviNav phone with a Pilot Watch Tools watch, flight logs may be synchronized between the two devices. This pairing is gated by a per-installation pairing token shown inside the AviNav app and exchanged on demand — no flight data ever passes through Kalynda Tech servers.

1.3 Subscription Data

When you purchase a subscription through Google Play, payment processing is handled entirely by Google. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card numbers, or billing details.

1.4 Device Information

We may collect basic device information (device model, operating system version) solely for app compatibility and crash reporting purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide aviation navigation and flight tracking services
• To display relevant aviation data (airports, navaids, airspace)
• To manage your subscription status
• To sync subscription state between phone and watch (Pilot Bundle)
• To improve app performance and fix bugs

3. Data Storage and Security

All aviation and location data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate external servers that collect or store your personal data. Flight logs, navigation settings, and preferences remain on your device.

Phone-to-watch data synchronization (for Pilot Bundle subscribers) occurs directly between your paired devices using the Wearable Data Layer API and does not pass through any external servers. The optional local WiFi sync channel requires an authentication token generated on first use and never leaves your local network.

4. Third-Party Services

Our apps may use the following third-party services:

• Google Play Billing — for subscription management
• Google Play Services — for location services and wearable connectivity
• OpenStreetMap — for map tile data (Pilot Navigation Tools)
• OpenAIP — for aviation chart overlays (Pilot Navigation Tools)

These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. We do not use advertising SDKs or analytics services that track users.

6. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Disable location permissions at any time through your device settings
• Delete locally stored flight logs and data from within the app
• Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data
• Cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
