3. Hizmet Kullanımi / Use of Services
- Hizmetlerimizi yalnizca yasal amaclar için kullanabilirsiniz / You may only use our services for legal purposes
- Sisteme zarar vermeye veya güvenlik aciklarini kullanmaya çalışmak yasaktir / Attempting to damage the system or exploit security vulnerabilities is prohibited

4. Abonelik ve Ödemeler / Subscriptions and Payments
Mobil uygulamalarimizda sunulan premium özellikler abonelik sistemine tabidir. Abonelikler Google Play üzerinden yonetilir ve Google Play'in kullanım koşulları gecerlidir.
Premium features offered in our mobile applications are subject to a subscription system. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play and Google Play's terms of use apply.

Kalynda Tech Havacılık Turizm Ltd. Şti., hizmetlerin kesintisiz veya hatasiz olacagini garanti etmez. Hizmetlerimizin kullanımindan dogan dolayli zararlardan sorumlu degiliz. Havacılık uygulamalarimiz yalnizca bilgilendirme amacli olup, resmi havacılık karar destek sistemi olarak kullanilamaz.
Kalynda Tech Aviation Tourism Ltd. does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Our aviation applications are for informational purposes only and cannot be used as official aviation decision support systems.
6. Havadan Görüntü Tanıma Sistemi / Aerial Image Recognition System
Havadan görüntü tanıma sistemimiz yalnizca yetkili kullanım için tasarlanmistir. Sistemin kullanımi sirasinda:
- Tüm yerel ve ulusal mevzuata uyulmalidir / All local and national regulations must be followed
- Drone uçuş kurallarina uyulmalidir / Drone flight rules must be followed
- Kişisel gizlilige saygi gosterilmelidir / Personal privacy must be respected
- Elde edilen veriler yalnizca yetkili amaclar için kullanilmalidir / Obtained data must only be used for authorized purposes

8. Uygulanacak Hukuk / Applicable Law
Bu kullanım koşulları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarina tabidir. Uyusmazliklarda Muğla Mahkemeleri ve Icra Daireleri yetkilidir.
These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Muğla Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction in disputes.
