This privacy policy explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected in connection with the website, mobile applications, and services developed by Kalynda Tech Aviation Tourism Ltd.

5.1 Kalynda Kurumsal Uygulamasi / Kalynda Corporate App
Kalynda kurumsal uygulamasinda (iOS & Android) iki ayri veri akisi vardir. The Kalynda corporate app (iOS & Android) has two distinct data flows.
a) Canli destek sohbeti / Live support chat
Sohbeti siz baslatirsiniz. Konusma acabilmek icin ad soyad, e-posta ve telefon numarasi istenir; boylece temsilcimiz size donus yapabilir. Yazdiginiz mesajlarin kendisi, mesajin dili, hangi yuzeyden geldigi (uygulama veya web sitesi), uygulama surumu ve bildirim gonderebilmek icin cihaz bildirim jetonu saklanir. Mesajlar karsilikli anlasma icin otomatik cevrilir; hem aslı hem cevirisi saklanir. Sohbeti hic baslatmazsaniz bu verilerin hicbiri toplanmaz.
You start the chat yourself. To open a conversation we ask for your name, e-mail and phone number so that our representative can get back to you. We store the messages themselves, their language, which surface they came from (app or website), the app version, and the device notification token used to deliver replies. Messages are machine-translated for mutual understanding; both the original and the translation are stored. If you never start a chat, none of this data is collected.
b) Anonim kullanim istatistikleri / Anonymous usage analytics
Uygulamayi gelistirmek icin kendi sunucularimiza (Kalynda Analitik) anonim istatistik gonderiyoruz: hangi ekranlarin acildigi, uygulama surumu, isletim sistemi surumu, cihaz dili ve IP'den turetilen ulke bilgisi. Gonderilmeyenler: adiniz, e-postaniz, telefonunuz, mesaj icerikleriniz, GPS konumunuz, rehberiniz veya fotograflariniz. Her kuruluma rastgele bir kimlik (UUID) atanir; bu kimlik kisisel kimliginize baglanamaz ve ucuncu taraflarla paylasilmaz. Uygulama icinde Hakkimizda → Ayarlar → Anonim istatistikler anahtarindan istediginiz an kapatabilirsiniz; kapattiginizda hicbir veri gonderilmez ve bekleyen kuyruk silinir.
To improve the app we send anonymous statistics to our own servers (Kalynda Analytics): which screens were opened, app version, OS version, device language and the country derived from the IP address. Never sent: your name, e-mail, phone number, message contents, GPS location, contacts or photos. Each installation gets a random identifier (UUID) that cannot be linked to your identity and is not shared with third parties. You can turn this off at any time under About → Settings → Anonymous statistics; when off, nothing is sent and the pending queue is cleared.

The app shows no ads, does not read any advertising identifier, and contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. All data is transmitted encrypted over HTTPS/TLS.
5.2 Veri Silme Talebi / Data Deletion Request

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. Write tosupport@kalyndatech.comwith the subject "Data deletion request" and the e-mail address or phone number you used in the chat. Once we verify your identity we permanently delete your chat records, contact details and notification tokenwithin 30 days; records subject to a statutory retention obligation are kept until that obligation expires. Anonymous statistics are not linked to your identity and therefore need no separate deletion; turning the switch off stops their collection.

Industry-standard encryption and security protocols are used to protect your data. However, we remind you that data transmission over the internet is not completely secure.
7. Verilerin Saklanma Süresi / Data Retention Period
Kişisel verileriniz, islenme amacinin gerektirdigi sure boyunca saklanır. Yasal zorunluluklar geregi daha uzun sürelerle saklanmasi gerekebilir.
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose. It may be retained for longer periods due to legal obligations.
8. Cocuklarin Gizliligi / Children's Privacy
Hizmetlerimiz 13 yasin altindaki cocuklara yonelik degildir. Bilerek 13 yasin altindaki cocuklardan kişisel veri toplamiyoruz.
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
