Delete My Data — Muğla Travel Guide
There are two ways to delete all anonymous device data associated with Muğla Travel Guide. Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Art. 17, deletion requests sent by email are fulfilled within 30 days; in-app deletion is immediate.
1. From inside the app (recommended)
- Open the Muğla Travel Guide app
- Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation
- Under Privacy, tap Delete my data
- Confirm with Yes, delete
Immediate deletion. Device UID, location history pings and push token are all removed together.
2. By email
If you have already uninstalled the app, or method 1 does not work, write to privacy@kalyndagroup.com. Including the following helps us identify your device faster:
- Approximate date of first launch
- Device model (Samsung Galaxy S24, iPhone 15, etc.)
- Language and country you used
Processed within 30 days. A confirmation email is sent once the request is received.
What gets deleted?
- Device fingerprint record
- All location history pings
- Push notification token
- Interaction events (anonymous usage statistics)
What is not deleted
- Anonymous review text you left (not linked to a person)
- Aggregated anonymous heatmap data (anonymised with a minimum of 3 devices; removing a single device is not meaningful)
